Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Associate Legal and Company Secretary with experience of 1 to 4 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advising on Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, and Goods and Services Tax laws. Representation of matters before authorities at various levels.
- Interpretation of Law and Drafting skills are essential as the work profile will include handling matters of Income Tax and all acts under indirect taxation. Further Drafting of writs/appeals before different forums, legal notices, recovery notices, etc.
- To handle all the compliances of the company related to Co Law, FEMA, etc.
- To ensure all the other applicable compliances are complied with by the company.
- To handle the work of Co law and ROC of the other clients of Bizsolindia.
- Sound knowledge of ROC compliances.
- Sound knowledge of FEMA.
- Practical exposure to Company Law and FEMA.
- Drafting skills relating to NCLT & NCLAT Matters.
Eligibility
- 1-4 years in taxation and corporate law.
- Skills: Strong legal and financial acumen, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Qualifications: LL.B and Company Secretary with proven experience in handling corporate and tax-related matters.
- Person having Sanad and experience in appearing for hearings before court/Tribunals.
- He/she must be acquainted with the laws of Indirect Taxation/company law/Negotiable Instrument Act/IPR.
- He/ she must be acquainted with the procedures of filing different suits before District Court/JFMC/HC/ITAT Candidates with experience in Direct Tax/ Indirect Tax litigation.
