Nagarro is hiring a Staff Consultant – Legal with 7+ years of experience to join their legal team in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and redline legal documents (RFPs, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, etc.).
- Provide legal support in contracting with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure legal compliance, particularly with data protection regulations like GDPR.
- Identify legal and contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, IT) during negotiations.
- Maintain contract records and documentation.
- Monitor legal developments and conduct internal training on legal best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of legal templates and risk frameworks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in legal roles, preferably within IT/technology companies.
- Expertise in contract law, commercial transactions, and privacy laws (especially GDPR).
- Experience with RFPs, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and other commercial agreements.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
