Details of the Job/Internship
North Eye Advisors is hiring for the position of State Legal head to join their office in Patna.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee legal operations and ensure timely completion (TAT) of legal reports.
- Prepare, review, and finalize legal reports with accuracy.
- Manage and guide the legal team at the state level.
- Liaise and coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, FIs, and HFCs on legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and client engagement.
Eligibility
- In-depth expertise in mortgage laws and related legal issues.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance, consulting, and documentation.
- Proven ability in drafting and reviewing legal reports/documents.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage people effectively.
- Experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and dispute resolution.
- Prior experience in a law firm handling legal reports for Banks/HFCs/FIs/NBFCs, or as in-house counsel in a similar role, is strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership experience in a comparable legal role is an advantage.
