Details of the Job/Internship

Shenzyn is hiring for the position of State Legal Head with experience of 5-7 years to join their Tamil Nadu office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Building and leading a team of consultants, and junior lawyers for online title search and legal opinions on properties in Tamil Nadu. 
• Helping to set up the Salem center and run it efficiently as an administrative unit, including managing all the costs. 
• Recruiting and training the lawyer team and supporting the team of Operations Officers. 
• Ensuring that all the reports are given on time to customers, including managing the fluctuations in demand during the month (more requirements come up during the month's end). 
• Working would be from the office only, for which the team must be trained to manage the customer requirements sitting at the office. 
• Ensure that all the systems and processes followed at the Centre are as per the laid down norms, including in particular all regulatory compliances of the Company and its customers. 
• Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics relating to data confidentiality. 
• Tracking all reports/ MIS to ensure that customer needs are fully taken care of, and escalating issues in a timely manner as required, to the Head Office team (Technology/ Operations). 
• Getting involved in pre-sales work with clients as required, including product demos. 
• Ability to work hard and handle pressure. 
• Managing the team effectively, with the right balance of command and coaching. 
• Handling client interface smoothly, including complex issues. 
• Right attitude with a problem-solving approach. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor's/ Degree in Law
• Should have the All India Bar Council Examination (AIBE) final certification
• 5 to 7 years of experience in giving title opinions to lenders - banks/non-banking finance companies.
