Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all diligence of properties.
• Responsible for sales and lease deeds.
• Responsible for legal clearance at the state level.
• Adept in local land-related laws and bylaws.
• Understanding of city master plans.
• Strong command of statutory and legal laws.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification.
• 2–12 years of experience.
