Details of the Job/Internship

Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Limited is hiring a State Litigation Manager to join their office in Jabalpur. This is a full-time, on-site role for managing litigation matters for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The role involves handling end-to-end litigation processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring legal compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end litigation process.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Handle litigation cases and court processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks and regulations.
• Maintain records of legal matters.
• Handle matters relating to Section 138 and the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced degree or specialization in relevant areas is an advantage.
• Experience in the housing or financial services sector is preferred.
