Details of the Job/Internship

Kshetry & Co. Legal Advisors is hiring a Strategic Partner (Advocate) with 5+ years of active Bar enrollment to lead and oversee Indian legal operations in Mumbai or Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Indian offices and legal operations.
• Lead litigation strategy, case execution, and client coordination.
• Handle court cases, legal drafting, and law administration.
• Supervise legal teams and ensure smooth operational management.
• Contribute to business development and expansion initiatives.
• Drive efficient case resolutions and uphold professional standards.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of Bar enrollment and active practice.
• Proven experience in client coordination, case preparation, and legal strategy.
• Strong litigation, documentation, and team handling skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
