SkillArbitrage is hiring a Student Success Coach with 2+ years of experience to join their remote team full-time.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct 250–300 minutes of daily calls using tools like Ozonetel and Calendly.
• Engage students for check-ins, follow-ups, and session bookings.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and guide students through platform features.
• Set expectations on learning objectives and outcomes.
• Carry out weekly follow-up calls to assess student progress.
• Identify performance gaps and design tailored improvement plans.
• Coach students on motivation, confidence, and productivity.
• Celebrate milestones and reinforce progress.
• Implement strategies to reduce dropouts and refunds.
• Handle student concerns with empathy and offer learning alternatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain proper documentation.
• Share insights and updates with reporting managers and academic teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in student-facing roles, counseling, educational support, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and student-first mindset.
• Comfortable working with learning platforms and calling software.
• Empathetic listener with the ability to motivate and guide learners.
• Preferred: Experience in academic counseling.
• Preferred: Exposure to behavioral coaching, NLP, or time management techniques.
• Preferred: Fluency in English and one or more Indian regional languages.

Salary/Stipend
