Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a full-time Student Success Associate with 3+ years of experience in student-facing roles to manage student relationships, ensure academic engagement, and support learner success in a remote setup.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct 250–300 minutes of daily calls using tools like Ozonetel and Calendly.
• Engage with students for check-ins, follow-ups, and session bookings.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and guide students on using platform features.
• Set expectations on learning objectives and outcomes.
• Perform weekly follow-up calls to monitor student progress.
• Identify performance gaps and design improvement plans.
• Address motivation, confidence, and time management concerns.
• Celebrate student milestones and reinforce progress.
• Implement early intervention strategies to reduce dropouts and refunds.
• Handle student concerns and conflicts empathetically.
• Share updates with managers and academic teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure effective communication across teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in student-facing roles, counselling, or educational support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a student-first mindset.
• Comfortable working with learning platforms and calling software.
• Empathetic listener with the ability to motivate and guide learners.
• Preferred: Experience in academic counselling, behavioral coaching, NLP, or time management techniques.
• Fluency in English and one or more Indian regional languages.

Salary/Stipend
