Details of the Job/Internship

Bridge Counsels LLP is offering an offline summer internship for June–July 2025 at their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate, commercial, IP, tech, and startup advisory matters.
• Draft legal notes, articles, and explainers on tech and IP issues.
• Support client communication and legal research.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge trackers.

Eligibility

• 4th or 5th year students (5-year law course) or final year students (3-year course).
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Interest in corporate, technology, AI, and software law.
• Prior writing or internship experience is a plus.
