Details of the Job/Internship

Bridge Counsels LLP is hiring legal interns to join their office in New Delhi for an offline internship from 15 May to 15 July 2025.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on corporate and commercial law, tech, and startup advisory matters.
• Assist with client-related assignments across multiple legal domains.
• Draft legal notes, articles, and explainers on emerging tech and IP issues.
• Conduct legal research and support client follow-ups.
• Contribute to internal documentation and research trackers.

Eligibility

• 4th or 5th year students (5-year law program) or final-year students (3-year program).
• Strong drafting skills and excellent written and oral communication.
• Tech-savvy individuals with an interest in corporate, tech, AI, and software law.
• Prior internship or writing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
