Gray Legal House is hiring a Summer Legal Intern with experience of to join their office in Navi Mumbai/Hybrid.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including notices, agreements, pleadings, and briefs.
• Support the team in arbitration and litigation matters.
• Review and summarize contracts and legal documents.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, or conferences, if applicable.
• Maintain and organize case files and legal records.

Eligibility

• Law students currently enrolled in a 5-year course or 3-year LL.B. program.
• Strong interest in litigation, arbitration, and corporate compliance.
• Good research and drafting skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
