GST Manager is hiring a Tax Advocate – GST Appeals & Litigation with 3–6 years of experience in taxation law to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and manage GST appeals, writ petitions, and representations.
• Appear and argue matters before Appellate Tribunals, High Courts, and GST authorities.
• Provide legal opinions and advisory on GST issues, notices, and disputes.
• Stay updated on GST laws, notifications, and case laws.
• Collaborate with internal tax and compliance teams for case preparation.
• Maintain documentation and case records.

Eligibility

• Qualified Advocate with 3–6 years of experience in taxation law.
• Strong expertise in GST litigation, appeals, and writ petitions.
• In-depth knowledge of GST Act, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent drafting, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Salary/Stipend
