GST Manager is hiring a Tax Advocate – GST Appeals & Litigation with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and manage GST appeals, writ petitions, and representations before appellate authorities and courts.
• Appear and argue cases before Appellate Tribunals, High Courts, and GST authorities.
• Provide legal opinions and advisory on GST notices, disputes, and compliance issues.
• Stay updated with amendments, notifications, and case laws under GST.
• Coordinate with internal tax and compliance teams for case preparation.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and records.

Eligibility

• Qualified Advocate with 3–6 years of experience in taxation law (preferably GST).
• Strong expertise in GST litigation, appeals, and writ petitions.
• Thorough understanding of the GST Act, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent drafting, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Salary/Stipend
