Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Tax Advocate with experience of 6-7 years to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Delhi. The role involves representing clients in tax litigation and contributing to the firm’s expanding tax practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in tax litigation cases (direct and indirect tax) before tax authorities and courts.
- Draft legal documents, notices, and arguments with attention to detail.
- Attend client meetings, manage onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work independently and manage case strategy.
- Deliver timely, client-focused legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a Tier 1 law college.
- 6-7 years of proven experience in tax litigation (direct and indirect taxes).
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Strong courtroom presence, drafting, and argumentation skills.
- Client-oriented with sharp business acumen and a professional demeanor.
- Punctual, disciplined, and capable of thriving in a lean setup.
- Leadership skills to guide cases and contribute to firm growth.
