foundit is inviting law students to intern with them in Chennai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions.
- Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits.
- Preparation of Ledger Reviews, Preparation of Monthly MIS and monthly financials and other management reports.
- Handling Taxation and other compliance procedures for both Income Tax and GST. Coordinating with Statutory Auditors and Government Authorities.
Eligibility
- CA Inter/ MBA Finance/ Post graduation.
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.
