Details of the Job/Internship
Amicus is hiring a Tax Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their specialized Tax practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle Transfer Pricing (TP) advisory and compliance mandates, including Form 3CEB and 3CEAA filings.
- Conduct in-depth functional analysis, benchmarking, and economic research for global clients.
- Draft detailed submissions and support the team in handling complex Transfer Pricing assessments.
- Perform comprehensive industry research and prepare technical reports for international and domestic matters.
- Support clients in structuring cross-border transactions to ensure tax efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in matters related to Customs, Corporate Tax, and broader International Tax frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior partners to provide strategic advice on emerging tax laws and judicial precedents.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an LLM; alternatively, a background in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience level: 0–2 years (Freshers with a strong interest in tax are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- High proficiency in legal and economic research.
- Core Interest: Candidates must demonstrate a passion for International Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Customs law.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding professional environment.
