Details of the Job/Internship

Gargieyas is hiring an Associate – Tax Litigation with experience of 1–3 years to join their office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft replies, submissions, and legal documents.
• Prepare paper books and coordinate appeal filings.
• Assist senior associates in client representation.
• Support business development and compliance-related tasks.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant or Advocate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in Direct Tax matters is preferred.
• Proficiency in research tools such as Taxmann, TaxSutra, and Manupatra.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
