Details of the Job/Internship
M2K Advisors is hiring a Tax Associate with experience of to join their office in Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai (Egmore) involving management of tax compliance and preparation activities, conducting tax-related research, applying tax laws, and supporting finance-related tasks. The role requires close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance and tax preparation activities.
- Conduct tax-related research and apply relevant tax laws.
- Assist with finance-related tasks and financial analysis.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams for service delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA.
- Proficiency in UAE tax compliance, tax preparation, and understanding of UAE tax laws.
- Knowledge of tax policies and ability to interpret and apply tax regulations.
- Strong finance and financial analysis skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and high numerical aptitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and collaboration.
- Prior experience in a tax-related or financial role preferred.
