Vanzbon is a fast-growing Asia-based business services firm supporting global companies with seamless expansion into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. As we extend our footprint into India, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax & Government Affairs Associate to support our operations with incorporation, tax compliance, and regulatory liaison services.
Details of the Job/Internship
Vanzbon is hiring a Tax & Government Affairs Associate to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage company incorporation processes (RoC filings, PAN, TAN, DIN, etc.).
- Handle GST registration and ensure timely monthly compliance filings.
- Liaise with Indian government departments and portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, Startup India, etc.).
- Provide up-to-date guidance on Indian regulatory and tax compliance matters.
- Assist in opening corporate bank accounts and related formalities.
- Collaborate with international legal and finance teams to ensure cross-border alignment.
- Represent the company in formal procedures, if required.
Eligibility
- Location: Based in India (preference for Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru; remote candidates welcome).
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- Solid understanding of Indian corporate and tax compliance frameworks.
- Comfortable navigating MCA, GSTN, Income Tax portals, and e-filing systems.
- Prior work with a CA firm, CS practice, or corporate compliance team is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is essential.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with remote global teams.
