Details of the Job/Internship

SKMC Global is hiring for the position of tax lawyer with 4-5 years of experience to join their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle tax litigation and assessments
• Draft petitions, appeals, and legal documents
• Represent clients before tribunals & appellate authorities
• Provide strategic tax advisory & compliance solutions
• Stay updated with evolving tax laws & regulations
• Manage and oversee international tax compliance, including DTAA, BEPS, and OECD guidelines.
• Conduct transfer pricing analysis, documentation, and reporting as per Indian and global regulations.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient cross-border transactions and structuring.
• Handle TP assessments, audits, and litigation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB/LLM with specialization in Taxation.
• 4-5 years of experience in litigation, tribunal representation, and assessments.
