SKMC Global is looking for a candidate for the position of Tax Lawyer to work with their firm in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Tax Lawyer will be responsible for handling tax-related legal matters, advising clients on tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• The role involves representing clients in tax disputes, researching tax laws, preparing legal documents, and providing legal guidance on tax implications.

Eligibility

• Experience in tax law and tax compliance.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations.
• Previous experience working with multinational clients is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
