Details of the Job/Internship

H N A & Co LLP is hiring a Tax Lawyer to join their office in Raipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling diverse tax-related matters.
• Providing expert tax advisory services.
• Engaging in tax planning and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Researching tax law and drafting legal documents.
• Representing clients in tax disputes.
• Offering strategic tax advice to help clients optimize their tax positions.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in tax law, tax planning, and general tax matters.
• Strong skills in tax advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in indirect taxation is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications and memberships in professional tax or law organizations are a plus.
