India LawShield is hiring a Tax Lawyer for a full-time remote position. The role involves providing expert tax planning advice, handling tax law cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in tax-related disputes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax planning and advisory services.
• Handle tax law cases and represent clients in disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients on tax compliance and related legal matters.
• Collaborate with the internal legal and technology teams to support platform development.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Active license to practice law in India.
• Proven expertise in Tax Law and Tax Planning.
• Strong legal research, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience using technology or AI in legal services is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
