Details of the Job/Internship

Keshav Maloo & Associates is hiring a Tax Lawyer with 0–1 year of experience to join its Jaipur office. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in GST, Indirect Taxation, and FEMA, with exposure to advisory, compliance, and litigation matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding and application of GST laws.
• Draft legal opinions and advisory notes.
• Prepare and file replies to demand notices and appeals.
• Handle GST litigation matters, including cases for listed corporates.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• 0–1 year of experience, preferably in GST matters.
• Strong research, legal drafting, and English language skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the use of AI and technology for efficiency.

Salary/Stipend
