Mahesh Kumar Co & Chartered Accountants is hiring a Tax Lawyer to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Direct Tax Lawyer will be responsible for handling tax planning, tax law, taxadvisory, and direct tax matters.
• Day-to-day tasks include providing functional legal advice on commercial and business affairs, specializing in litigation services, conducting legal due diligence,and drafting and reviewing various agreements.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Tax Advisory and tribunals.
• Knowledge of Direct Tax Matters.
• Experience in handling tax-related issues attribunal.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex tax situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively.
• LLB or LLM degree with specialization in Tax Law is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
