Details of the Job/Internship

Outsource 360 is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–4 years to join their team in a fully remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with a global team on complex legal matters.
• Deliver high-quality legal work in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Manage clients independently and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and maintain clear communication.

Eligibility

• Female candidates only.
• 1–4 years of experience in M&A, international taxation, general and commercial contracts, IPR, or corporate advisory.
• Strong contract drafting skills.
• Ability to manage clients independently.
• Strong foundational legal knowledge with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in US CST time zones.
• Effective virtual communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Up to ₹2.7–₹3 lakhs per annum, based on experience and last drawn salary.
