Details of the Job/Internship

Outsource 360 is hiring a Tax Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on international and domestic tax compliance, planning, and structuring.
• Draft tax-related legal documents and opinions.
• Represent clients in tax audits and disputes.
• Conduct legal research and monitor evolving tax laws and treaties (e.g., FATCA, GILTI, PFICs).
• Advise on tax implications in mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and double taxation treaties.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US, UAE, or UK taxation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advisory skills.
• Familiarity with global tax frameworks and compliance reporting.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree + valid license to practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
