Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate / Associate for its Direct Tax practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on direct tax and corporate tax matters.
• Draft legal opinions, appeals, and other tax-related documents.
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic tax structuring and compliance advice.
• Stay updated with tax laws, judicial rulings, and regulatory developments.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Qualified Lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–6 years of experience in Direct Tax practice.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
• Professional integrity and ability to work in a team-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
