Details of the Job/Internship

Gargieyas is hiring a Tax Litigation Associate with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Researching & drafting various letters, replies and submissions.
• Providing advisory and consultancy to clients on time to time basis.
• Assisting Senior associates and partners in the preparation of Tax matters before AO, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
• Assisted senior associates and partners with various proposals and business development.
• Coordination with the client for appeal filing & preparation of paper books.
• Managing various tax compliance.

Eligibility

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in conducting thorough research using platforms such as Taxman.com, CurrentTaxOnline.com, TaxSutra.com, and Manupatra.com

Qualification Required:

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred) or LL.B.
• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Direct Taxation matters.
• 1-3 years of experience in litigation.

Salary/Stipend

4,80,000-7,20,000 pa.
