Details of the Job/Internship

Gargieyas is hiring a Tax Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft replies, representations, and submissions in tax-related matters.
• Provide ongoing consultancy and advisory support to clients on direct tax issues.
• Assist senior associates and partners in preparing cases for appearances before the Assessing Officer, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.
• Support the team in drafting proposals and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients for appeal filings, information gathering, and preparation of paper books.
• Manage and monitor ongoing tax compliance activities.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Candidates with prior experience in Direct Tax Litigation will be given preference.

Salary/Stipend

4,80,000-7,20,000 P.A.
