Details of the Job/Internship
BMS is hiring a Teaching and Research Associate to join them in Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as a Teaching & Research Associate for multiple courses as part of the PGDM curriculum.
- Assist the Program Office in research & teaching-related activities, including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, managing research databases, and report writing.
- Support Faculty to plan and organise lectures, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Prepare lecture/workshop/teaching materials, including agendas, presentations, and handouts to ensure content and methods of delivery meet learning objectives.
- Analyse and prepare academic reports and feedback plans as per the requirement.
- Facilitate effective coordination between the Faculty and stakeholders for various special projects.
- Assist students with assignments, research projects, team learning activities, preparation for assessments, and offering access to learning materials.
- Engage in professional development as appropriate, carry forward research work that is synergic with the BSM and regularly update the subject-related knowledge base.
Eligibility
- Masters/PGD in business administration/ management studies or a related discipline from a recognised institute.
- Enrolled/completed a PhD OR qualified UGC NET.
- Experience working in an academic or research environment with a focus on quantitative skills and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Passion for building world-class institutions of higher education.
