Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Industries Limited is hiring a Team Lead – Litigation to join its legal department in South Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review appeals to be filed before CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed submissions and paper books.
• Manage appeals before appellate authorities and ensure timely filings.
• Brief external counsels for appeals before ITAT.
• Prepare and finalize factual and legal documents for hearings.
• Represent the company before appellate authorities independently or with seniors.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B.) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Prior experience in direct tax litigation and appellate proceedings.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
