Details of the Job/Internship
TransPerfect is hiring a Managed Review Team Lead (eDiscovery Document Review) to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform first-line review and quality checks for relevance and privilege in document review projects.
- Assist in designing and improving project workflows and quality control processes.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members while managing work scope and deadlines.
- Liaise between project teams and project managers throughout project lifecycles.
- Research potential issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to client and industry standards, maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
- Balance team workload to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Run advanced searches and prepare quality control trackers.
- Maintain strong communication and focus on accuracy to prevent rework.
- Handle document review platforms such as Relativity and participate in process improvements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eDiscovery and document review projects.
- Proficiency with Relativity (certification preferred).
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
