Details of the Job/Internship

AGRIM is hiring a Team Lead – Compliance with 2+ years of experience to manage and drive its compliance and licensing programme.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify applicable licenses and permissions required for business operations across regions.
• Apply for new licenses and ensure timely renewals and closures.
• Maintain a central tracker and repository for all licenses and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with government departments, regulatory bodies, consultants, and internal teams for documentation and submissions.
• Build and maintain a strong regulatory stakeholder network for issue resolution.
• Design and implement structured processes to track, escalate, and close compliance tasks.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and proactively flag compliance risks.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage compliance data, create reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
• Maintain physical and digital document repositories.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR teams to ensure cross-functional compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Company Secretary, Public Policy, or related fields.
• MBA or LLB is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, or licensing.
• Experience in independently handling license applications and government interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and basic reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
