Details of the Job/Internship
KLDiscovery is hiring a Team Lead – Legal Business Services with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform QC/QA checks and lead audit responsibilities.
- Review and finalize deliverables before client submission.
- Draft and resolve client and team queries.
- Manage project assignments and oversee end-to-end QA.
- Lead project training and support managers with QC strategy.
- Provide feedback to team members and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and update client guidelines.
- Ensure quality protocols are followed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required; Master’s degree (LL.M.) preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Contract Management.
- 2–4 years of experience in team leadership or project management.
- Experience with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Contract Works, Conga, Icertis, or Onit.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
