Details of the Job/Internship

Iota Analytics is hiring a Team Lead – Legal Document Review with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Mohali, Punjab.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 document review and data breach specialists.
• Oversee first-level review, second-level review, subjective coding, and data mining.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on keyword searches and validation methods.
• Handle review queries, maintain logs, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate updates from counsel to the team.
• Perform stratified random sampling and QC on reviewed/extracted data.
• Track reviewer productivity and ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Provide refresher training and performance feedback to team members.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in document review and QC processes.
• Experience assisting or partially managing teams and legal projects.
• Strong understanding of review platforms and tagging protocols.
• Excellent communication, query handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume projects under strict timelines.
• Familiarity with data breach review processes and client confidentiality requirements is a plus.
