Allstate is hiring a Team Leader - Paralegal with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Pune or Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create a productive and supportive work environment for a team of engaged employees.
- Ensure the team understands business objectives, processes, and results.
- Review employee work quality through monthly sit-a-longs and file reviews.
- Manage staff performance, providing coaching and career guidance.
- Monitor staffing levels and workloads to ensure efficiency.
- Administer company Human Resources policies.
- Identify and implement process improvement ideas.
- Perform paralegal tasks such as preparing new suits, drafting and e-filing legal documents, answering discovery, and managing complex records and medical reviews.
Eligibility
- Experience: 8+ years.
- Education: Law graduate required.
- Skills: Expertise in US litigation, legal administration, and paralegal responsibilities; ability to effectively manage conflict, problems solve, and train others; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and work independently.
