Reliance Industries Limited is hiring a Team Member – Legal with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for day-to-day business operations.
• Prepare initial drafts for business transactions.
• Consult with business teams to understand commercial and legal issues.
• Conduct research on legal issues and compliance requirements.
• Identify and communicate legal and commercial risks.
• Assist the corporate legal team in transactional work and legal due diligence.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal team.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law advisory work.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
