Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Industries Limited is hiring a Team Member – Legal with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its corporate legal team in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

Provide legal support for day-to-day business operations.
Prepare base drafts for ongoing business transactions.
Consult with business teams to understand commercial and operational issues.
Conduct legal research on compliance requirements under applicable laws.
Identify legal, business, and commercial risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
Assist the corporate legal team in transactional work, including legal due diligence.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a law firm or in-house corporate legal team.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law advisory and contract review.
