Adani Ports is hiring a Team Member—legal with 5–10 years of experience to work at its Ahmedabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify potential liabilities arising from non-compliance or breach of statutory provisions in daily operations.
• Assist management in recognizing legal risks and encumbrances in proposed plans or actions.
• Safeguard the employer’s interests during agreement finalization with external stakeholders.
• Handle litigation and dispute management.
• Provide legal advice and draft legal opinions.
• Draft and vet agreements, legal communications, and documents impacting the organization.
• Stay updated with recent legal amendments and developments.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree with LL.B./LL.M.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or service industry of repute.

Salary/Stipend
