Details of the Job/Internship

Birla Opus is hiring a Team Member – Legal (Collections) with 1+ years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai headquarters. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and manage case files related to recovery matters.
• Assist in drafting and filing complaints, notices, and arbitration documents.
• Support the legal team in trials, dispute management, and enforcement actions.
• Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and District Legal Services Authorities.
• Coordinate with external advocates and law firms for litigation and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with litigation policy and timely service of warrants.
• Maintain organized case records and provide administrative support for the legal department.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. / B.A. LL.B. from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent English communication, drafting, and articulation skills.
