Details of the Job/Internship

UltraTech Cement is hiring a Team Member – Litigation with relevant experience to support its legal department in Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal matters independently and support senior legal staff in strategic decision-making.
• Draft, review, and standardize commercial contracts, legal documents, and provide timely legal advice to business units.
• Oversee litigation and arbitration processes, including briefing and coordinating with law firms and advocates.
• Conduct legal and compliance audits, due diligence, and maintain updated legal case data in Roznama.
• Prepare legal opinions, compliance checklists, and contribute to legal knowledge sharing through updates and bulletins.
