Details of the Job/Internship

SYSTRA India is hiring for the position of Techno Commercial Legal Manager with 15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Managing contractual disputes, claims, and arbitration matters effectively.
• Providing expert legal advice on contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with experience in real estate and construction industry, including Public Projects,
• Minimum Exp. – 15 Yrs.
• Similar Position – 8 Yrs. 

Salary/Stipend
