Mind Legal Advocates and Consultants is hiring for the position of Techno legal with 3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Analyze disputes involving technical and contractual matters in infrastructure projects.
Draft and review Statements of Facts, Claims, and Defenses for arbitration and court proceedings.
Assess claims and counterclaims in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with legal counsel on matters with technical dimensions.
Coordinate with project sites, regional offices, and government ministries as required.
Manage and maintain accurate legal documentation (both digital and physical).

Eligibility

Educational Background:

Degree in Civil Engineering.
Legal qualification (LL.B. or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract management or infrastructure-related disputes.

Skill Set:

Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with arbitration and litigation processes in infrastructure sectors.
