Details of the Job/Internship

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. is hiring a Territory Legal Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Varanasi, covering UP-East, or in Kurnool/Anantapur, covering Andhra Pradesh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Vetting of title verification and search reports.
• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Draft mortgage-related documents.
• Maintain MIS.
• Guide business teams on stamp duty and registration of documents.
• Provide replies to notices and cases against the company.
• Ensure legal audit compliance.
• Coordinate with ROC.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in title verification, search reports, legal due diligence, mortgage draft preparation, and legal audit compliance.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
