StrideOne, a prominent player, invites you to join as Tie-up Manager, leveraging 4-6 years of sales expertise. Drive growth in retail lending through strategic partnerships with retail businesses. Navigate negotiations, secure favorable terms, and finalize contractual arrangements. Craft a lasting impact with them!
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external entities, including retail businesses, for tie-up finance in the retail lending sector.
- Build profitable SCF book through strategic partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements for tie-up finance arrangements.
- Draft and finalize contractual agreements outlining terms, conditions, and responsibilities.
- Evaluate the financial stability and creditworthiness of potential partner businesses.
- Liaise with internal teams, including risk management, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and compliance with organizational policies.
- Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and adherence to agreed-upon terms by partner businesses.
- Generate regular reports on tie-up finance activities, key metrics, and performance indicators.
Eligibility
Who are they looking for ?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in tie-up finance or partnership development within the retail lending sector.
- In-depth understanding of financial risk assessment and due diligence processes.
- Strong negotiation and agreement drafting skills.
