Details of the Job/Internship
Juris De Jure Law Firm is hiring a Title Search / Title Due Diligence Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive title verification of both urban and rural properties.
- Review and analyze property documents, including Jamabandi, Khasra, Registry, Lease Deeds, and related records.
- Prepare detailed Title Search Reports and Due Diligence Notes for financial institutions.
- Coordinate with Sub-Registrar offices, Patwari, Tehsildar, and other authorities for document verification.
- Ensure report accuracy, legal compliance, and timely delivery.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Title Search or Property Due Diligence.
- Strong knowledge of property law and Rajasthan land record systems.
- Excellent documentation and drafting skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary/Stipend
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
