Details of the Job/Internship

Fidelity International is hiring a Manager – Legal Counsel (Technology Contracting) with 7–9 years of post-qualification experience to join its Legal team in Gurgaon. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology contracts including SaaS, IaaS, software licences, MSAs, SOWs, and data processing agreements.
• Advise business teams on cloud services, AI and GenAI solutions, and third-party onboarding.
• Interpret and apply international technology and cloud outsourcing regulations across jurisdictions.
• Support contracts related to staff augmentation, consulting, and professional services.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide legal advice on ongoing supplier engagements and commercial disputes.
• Support arbitration matters and liaise with external counsel when required.
• Coach junior legal team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

• LLB with 7–9 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior in-house experience in a multinational organisation preferred.
• Strong expertise in technology and commercial contracts.
• Working knowledge of global cloud outsourcing regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
