Details of the Job/Internship
Stellar Innovations Private Limited is hiring a Title Searcher to join its office in Bengaluru for a full-time, work-from-office role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and analyse chain of title documentation.
- Perform current owner, two-owner, and full title searches.
- Work on platforms such as Netronline and Fidlar.
- Identify and assess liens, deeds, and related property records.
- Understand escrow processes and associated documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, organisation, and timely completion of title search reports.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in the Title or Mortgage industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in U.S. title search operations.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Familiarity with U.S. property laws is an added advantage.
